Installing Your Rail Huggy
The Rail Huggy™ was designed with a "Safety-First" mindset. By using velcro, we’ve ensured a super firm and sleek fit. How to Install Your Rail Huggy™Setting up your Rail Huggy™takes less than two minutes and requires no tools:
- Drape & Align: Place the Rail Huggy™ over the top of your assembled bed rail. Ensure the pockets are facing outward.
- Secure Under the Rail: Reach underneath the rail base where the two bottom edges of the Rail Huggy™ meet.
- Attach & Go: Fasten the Velcro together. This creates a secure "loop" around the rail and under the rail, preventing the cover from sliding or shifting.
- The Snug Test: Give the cover a quick tug to ensure it is taut and centered.
Caring for your Rail Huggy
We get it. Life with little ones is messy, and bedtime can be a full contact sport. When your Rail Huggy needs a refresh, just follow these simple steps to keep it soft, safe, and perfectly snug.
Washing Instructions
- Wash Bag: Each Rail Huggy comes with a complimentary Wash bag to ensure snags don't occur and the velcor doesn't get caught on anything!
- Cold Machine Wash: Use a cold water cycle (maximum 30°C) on a gentle cycle.
- Protect the Fabric: Wash with non-snag items if possible (and use that wash bag!)
- Skip the Bleach: Do not bleach. Harsh chemicals will break down the natural cotton fibers.
Drying & Ironing
- Tumble Dry Low: Use a low heat setting on your dryer.
- Skip the Dryer Sheets: Do not use dryer sheets, as they can leave a residue on the natural cotton.
- Remove Promptly: Take it out of the dryer immediately after the cycle finishes to minimize wrinkles.
- Cool Iron If Needed: If you want it looking perfectly crisp, you can use a low iron setting.
Parent Pro-Tip: Because the Rail Huggy is 100% cotton (shell and filling), a gentle cold wash and low-heat dry is the secret to keeping it plush and perfectly fitted for the long haul!Y: Do not add additional padding, pillows, or blankets inside the RailHuggy.

It successfully passes compliance checks for zero entrapment risk, zero entanglement risk, and contains no small parts or choking hazards. We’ve also independently tested our textiles for high air permeability to ensure optimal ventilation and airflow.
