At Taiter Tots, safety is our first priority. Because a snug fit is essential for the safe use of a Rail Huggy, we offer a 14-day Fit Guarantee.

• Fit Check: We ask that you test the fit of your Rail Huggy on your bed rail immediately upon arrival before removing any tags or washing the product.
• Returns: If the RailHuggy does not fit your specific rail model tautly and securely, you may return it for a full refund or exchange within 14 days, provided it is in original, unwashed condition with all packaging intact.

Limited 6-Month Warranty

We take pride in our craftsmanship. Your Rail Huggy is covered by a 6-month manufacturing warranty from the date of purchase.

What is covered:

• Faulty stitching or quilting.
• Defective fasteners (snaps, velcro, or zips).
• Fabric defects present upon arrival.

What is not covered:

• General wear and tear from daily use.
• Shrinkage due to incorrect washing (please follow the Care Guide carefully!).
• Damage caused by pets, sharp objects, or improper installation.
• Fading due to direct sunlight exposure.

How to Lodge a Return
